Creator Pocket is built to keep your saved passages on your own device.

The short version

Your saved passages stay in your browser. We don't run accounts, cloud storage, or syncing for Creator Pocket, and we don't collect or sell your data.

What Creator Pocket saves

When you save a passage, Creator Pocket stores the selected text, the page title, the page address (URL), and the date you saved it, so you can search your library and return to the original source.

Where your data is stored

Everything you save is kept in your browser's local extension storage on your own device. Version 1.0 does not upload your saved passages to any server, and it does not use accounts or cloud syncing.

What we do not do

  • We do not collect, sell, or share your saved passages.
  • We do not use advertising or tracking inside the extension.
  • We do not require you to create an account.

Clipboard

By default, Creator Pocket copies saved text to your clipboard when you save it. You can turn this off in Creator Pocket Settings.

Permissions

Creator Pocket only reads text that you select and choose to save. It uses browser permissions to show the Pocket button on pages, add the right-click menu option, and store your library locally. It does not read or save pages you have not interacted with.

Removing your data

You can delete individual saved passages from your library at any time. Removing the extension from Firefox also removes its locally stored data.

Changes to this policy

If Creator Pocket changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
