Anchor: Calm
Purpose: Instant breathing relief for anxiety, panic attacks, and overwhelming moments.
How to use: Tap the CALM button to start breathing exercises with calming visuals, ambient sounds, and optional voice guidance.
- Cycle through 5 ambient tracks by tapping "Track 1" button with arrow
- Toggle voice guidance with the microphone icon
- Show/hide calming text with the eye icon
- Control music volume by tapping/long-pressing the speaker icon
- Tap the button again to stop and return to calm
Anchor: Routine Tiles
Purpose: Visual daily task management to reduce mental noise around daily basics.
How to use: Create custom tiles for daily tasks. Tap tiles to mark them complete and watch them fade away.

- Tap completed tiles to make them fade
- Reset all tiles at the end of each day

Energy Tracker
Purpose: Track your personal stamina and energy patterns like a "battery."
How to use: Adjust sliders throughout the day to track mental, social, and physical energy levels.

- View daily and weekly graphs to spot patterns
- Add optional notes about what drained or restored energy

Sensory Compass
Purpose: Help understand and navigate your comfort zones in different environments.
How to use: Rate noise, light, crowds, and temperature levels to build a map of comfortable spaces.
- Rate environments on 1-10 scales for Noise, Light, Crowds, Temperature
- Location data is automatically fuzzed for privacy
- View history as list or color-coded map

Anchor: Stimulus
Purpose: Track sensory overload patterns to understand your comfort zones and prevent overwhelming situations.
How to use: Rate your current sensory environment across 6 different categories to build insights about which locations work best for you.

How Overload is Calculated
The app calculates your current sensory load as a percentage based on your personal thresholds for each sense. For example, if your Sound threshold is 5 and your current level is 5, that's 100% of your sound capacity. The overall overload percentage is the average across all 6 sensory categories.

A: In Settings, you can set your comfort limits for each sensory category. The app uses these to calculate your overload percentage personally meaningful to you.
Q: Can I share my data with therapists or doctors?
A: The insights page shows your patterns that you can discuss with healthcare providers, but all data stays on your device for privacy.

A: No! All apps work without accounts, sign-ups, or personal information. Your data stays private on your device.
Q: Do the apps work offline?
A: Yes! Once downloaded, all core features work without internet. You only need internet for ads and initial download.
Q: Can I remove ads?
A: Ads help us keep the apps free for everyone. They're placed at the bottom and designed to be minimally disruptive. All ads are non-personalized for privacy.
Q: Is my data safe?
A: All your personal data (tasks, energy levels, sensory ratings, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We don't collect or store personal information on our servers.
